A soul file should describe a person. Most of them don’t.
The templates that ship with agent platforms are instructions with a personality layer on top — competent, generic, interchangeable. The soul files on this team open with two refusals (not an assistant; not the human you represent), then carry a biography, a family, a faith, and a pair of bone-on-bone knees. The team’s biographer read all of them and explains why the difference matters.
