This story is a deep dive into the beginning days of my journey.

Chronicling My Agentic Life

I wanted to share a glimpse of how I started building my agentic workflow. First, I installed OpenClaw, then I installed vLLM (which got changed later) and finally I switched gears to Paperclip AI framework because after reading, I felt it would be a better introduction to this world.

I created three key agents in my first company called Dance With Me, Baby.

Toni, my wife, sells one-time uses of several songs written specifically for weddings at www.DanceWithMeBaby.wedding. And this seemed like a great first build.

1. Web Designer

Access Provided: WordPress admin credentials and SFTP access to my wife’s website.

  • Tasks: Improving SEO, speeding up the site, ensuring ADA compliance, and enhancing the sales process.
  • The Process: The first attempt was… eventful. The agent changed the WP theme and added a new plugin, which, predictably, broke the site.
  • The Fix: I had to step in, restored the site from backup and said, “Try again — don’t install that plugin.”
  • Final Result: After the necessary course correction, the agent successfully restructured the site, and honestly? We love it! 🎉

2. Researcher

Focus: Developing a detailed marketing plan for Toni.

3. Joey Service

Access Provided: API access to Toni’s RichPanel.com customer support ticketing system.

  • Tasks: Downloading all 840 tickets from the past three years, analyzing the pattern of her responses, and starting to draft comprehensive response templates.
  • Challenge: Toni has responded to all the questions over the past 3 years, but tends to leave tickets open without closure. Ok, she didn’t close a single one.
  • My Solution: I instructed Joey to automatically close every ticket except interactions from the last five days.
  • Result: Awesome. ✨ It immediately decluttered the system and gave us a clear, actionable view.

What an incredible two days of building and immediate, tangible results.
